Podium – Presenter

Overview

Podium – Presenter is designed to work locally between your Mac and iPad. We do not collect, track, sell, or monetize your data.

Privacy is a core design principle of Podium.

Information We Collect

Podium – Presenter does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

The app may temporarily access the following only for functionality:

• Local network information (to discover and connect to Podium Viewer using Bonjour)
• Device information (model, OS version, screen resolution) used solely to display connection status and ensure accurate rendering

This information is:

• ✓ Used in real time
• ✓ Never stored permanently
• ✓ Never transmitted to external servers

Content You Create

Any content you create or use in Podium – Presenter, including:

remains entirely on your device or your local network.

Podium does not upload, back up, analyze, or process this content remotely.

Font Transfer

If a font used on the Mac is not available on the connected iPad, Podium may temporarily transfer the font to the iPad to ensure accurate display.

• • Fonts are transferred only over the local network
• • Fonts are removed automatically when the session ends
• • Fonts are never stored, shared, or sent externally

Network Communication

Podium – Presenter communicates only with Podium – Viewer devices on the same local network.

• ✓ No cloud services are used
• ✓ No internet connection is required
• ✓ No external analytics or tracking SDKs are included

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties.

Podium does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics providers, or social platforms.

Children's Privacy

Podium is not designed to collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

Security

All communication between Podium – Presenter and Podium – Viewer occurs over your local network. Because no data is transmitted to external servers, your content remains under your control at all times.
